Dr. Felipe De Leon was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended the University of Incarnate Word where he received his Bachelor of Science in Vision Science. He then went on to attend Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry where he received his Doctorate of Optometry.
Dr. De Leon furthered his education by completing externships in primary eye care at a private practice in Dallas, Texas and at NY LASIK laser and microsurgery institute in Manhattan, New York where he worked alongside Ophthalmologists that focused on ocular surgery. Dr. De Leon strives to provide exceptional eye care to satisfy the patient’s visual needs including treatment and management of diseases including glaucoma, diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, macular degeneration, and dry eye syndrome.
Outside of clinic, Dr. De Leon enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, trying new foods, and rooting for the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys.
Dr. Nancy Mai is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist. As a first-generation student, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Mai was part of a published research study during undergrad. Following LSU, she attended Kentucky College of Optometry to earn her Doctorate. During her time in optometry school, she enjoyed serving the underserved people of Appalachia. She was exposed to various rare ocular diseases and dystrophies.
Dr. Mai completed clinical rotations at Jack C. Montgomery VA in Oklahoma, Picayune Eye Clinic, and Hattiesburg Eye Clinic, where she earned honors. During rotations, she was trained to treat and manage patients with diabetes, hypertension, high-risk medications, choroidal melanomas, glaucoma, macular degeneration, LASIK, and much more.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling abroad, ceramic wheel throwing, and staying active. She also enjoys trying new cuisines with family and friends. Dr. Mai is excited to serve the people of Kyle & surrounding areas.
Dr. Litton is a Midwest native, growing up in Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan, majoring in biopsychology and neuroscience in 2019. She then received her doctorate and graduated with honors from the University of California Berkeley School of Optometry in 2024. While pursuing her doctorate degree, Dr. Litton was a three-year member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and has received numerous scholarships for academic excellence. She is currently an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.
Dr. Litton practices primary care optometry with an interest in contact lenses and dry eye management. In her free time she enjoys visiting national parks and hiking.
